i’m writing this on bed, so there could be errors along the way.
i know that depression isnt cool.
i know that having depression is stressful.
you could feel very lonely even when you are at place surrounds with many people,
you could feel tired to start your day even after waking up from 7 hours of sleep,
you could feel very exhausted of trying to go around faking your smiles and laughter to people,
try listening to more hype songs,
try avoiding sad and mellow songs,
try writing things you are happy about,
try imagining your beautiful and bright future with your loved ones.
always, always try avoiding dark feelings.
